Role Purpose

The Triathlon Specialist plays a vital role in growing and enhancing the triathlon category within Wolfi s Sport Trading. With deep expertise in the sport spanning swimming, cycling, and running the role bridges technical product knowledge with internal team training, community engagement, and sales generation. As an active or experienced triathlete, the specialist brings authenticity, passion, and valuable insights to the product assortment, partner support, and end customer experience. This role is not directly sales targeted, but success is measured by category growth, product movement, dealer support, and education outcomes across the business.

Responsibilities

Product Expertise & Sales Enablement

Serve as the internal and external go-to expert for triathlon products, trends, and athlete needs.
Support the sales team and retail partners with product education, use case advice, and tailored customer solutions.
Collaborate with brand heroes and purchasing teams to shape category assortment, launch plans, and seasonal focus.
Monitor stock movement, collect product feedback, and help optimize product performance in the market.

Training & Knowledge Sharing

Lead training sessions for internal teams and external dealers on triathlon related products and customer personas.
Develop and maintain technical training material, FAQs, and product guides.
Act as a bridge between athletes and brands bringing real world insights into product positioning and development.

Community & Brand Engagement

Represent Wolfi s at triathlon races, community events, and workshops.
Support marketing and communications with authentic storytelling and gear insights.

Requirements

2 4 years of experience in triathlon retail, coaching, or community engagement.
Active triathlete with first hand knowledge of equipment, training, and racing.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a coaching mindset.
Comfortable delivering product training, workshops, and technical content.
Familiarity with triathlon specific gear: bikes, wetsuits, shoes, nutrition, aero equipment, etc.
UAE driver s license and flexibility to travel for races and events.
