Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the management of the company's bank accounts, letters of guarantee (LG), and letters of credit (LC).
  • Responsible for cash flow analysis and forecasting.
  • Responsible for the company's daily funds management.
  • Responsible for corporate tax system construction, tax planning and risk management.
  • Ensure timely completion of all tax filings.
  • Oversee invoice management and liaison with tax authorities.
  • Responsible for or assisting in compliance reviews within the business area, conducting legal and regulatory reviews of systems, documents, contracts, and operational management behaviors in the business area.
  • Bachelor s degree or higher, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Tax or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience, including 1 year overseas.
  • have a good command of tax and funds management knowledge.
  • Have funds management and tax management capabilities.
  • Proficient in financial management software and office tools.
  • Proficient in using English for daily verbal and written communication.
  • Experience in multinational companies is preferred.
  • Experience in facility management is preferred
