The role is responsible for conducting efficient and accurate processing of company payments, meticulous confirmation of collections, and providing comprehensive support for various treasury functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash balances and transactions to ensure efficient use of funds.
• Prepare and process various types of payments, including vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, intracompany transfers, and other disbursements, ensuring proper authorization and documentation.
• Troubleshoot payment issues and liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors/banks to resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, accounting principles, and internal policies.
• Ensure that the collections are being confirmed on time.
• Monitor the company s insurance portfolio.
