Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Curate personalized travel itineraries by understanding client preferences and budget constraints, ensuring a memorable travel experience.
  • Research and stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and regulations to provide accurate and relevant advice to clients.
  • Negotiate with hotels, airlines, and local vendors to secure the best rates and exclusive offers for clients.
  • Handle all aspects of travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, while troubleshooting any issues that arise.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Certification in travel planning or a related field, such as a Certified Travel Associate (CTA) or Certified Travel Counselor (CTC).
  • Proven experience in using travel booking systems and software, with a strong understanding of GDS platforms like Sabre or Amadeus.
