Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an organized and personable professional to manage our hotel and Nile cruise bookings
This position is based at our office in Al Manial, Cairo.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate with hotel and Nile cruise sales managers to secure competitive rates, special offers, and availability.
  • Manage the entire booking process for our clients, from initial reservation to final confirmation.
  • Handle the contracting process with all accommodation and cruise suppliers.
  • Identify and build relationships with new hotel and Nile cruise partners to expand our offerings.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide attractive and profitable options for our tour packages.
  • Follow up on and process payments to all suppliers on time.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • At least 3 years of experience as a travel agent, reservation clerk, or similar role.
  • Proficiency with travel reservation software and Excel, Word, etc..
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for travel.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • In-depth knowledge of specific travel destinations, particularly within Egypt.
  • Fluency in a second language (English) is a plus.
