Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Tasks:
- Arrange travel for team members, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Handle administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Research and negotiate travel options to ensure best value.
- Provide support to team members during travel and resolve any related issues.
- Track and reconcile travel expenses in accordance with company policy.
- Schedule and organize meetings and appointments.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- High attention to detail and professionalism.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
