Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional qualification. IATA certification preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of B2B travel industry experience, with strong expertise in Sabre or Travelport (Galileo) and delivering the best travel solutions to partners.
Responsibilities:
- Manage travel requests from B2B partners, including ticketing, hotels, cars, and ancillary services.
- Handle reservations, ticket issuance, re-issuance, exchanges, refunds, and invoicing with accuracy.
- Provide accurate fare quotations, advise on alternative routes, and ensure cost-effective travel solutions.
- Monitor queues daily and manage booking deadlines effectively.
- Prepare and submit timely reports and travel documentation.
- Resolve travel-related problems and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures for documentation, ticketing, voids, and refunds.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with B2B partners through reliable and responsive service.
Desired Candidate Profile
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Sabre / Galileo
- Proven experience in B2B travel operations and solutions.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and accountable with strong ownership.
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform under pressure.
- Strong knowledge of world geography and routing.
- Organized, meticulous, and a good team player.
