Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Curate personalized travel itineraries that align with clients’ preferences and budgets, ensuring unique experiences.
  • Negotiate with hotels, airlines, and tour operators to secure the best rates and packages for clients.
  • Provide expert advice on travel restrictions, visa requirements, and health and safety guidelines for various destinations.
  • Utilize travel booking software to efficiently manage reservations and keep track of clients’ travel details.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism Management, or a related field is preferred to enhance industry knowledge.
  • 1-3 years of experience in travel planning or customer service roles to demonstrate relevant expertise.
  • Certification from recognized travel associations (e.g., CTA, CTC) is a plus, showcasing commitment to professional development.
  • Proficiency in travel booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) and Microsoft Office Suite to streamline operations.
