Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
What will you do as a Luxury Travel Consultant:
- Engaging with clients via phone and email, providing expert advice tailored to their travel needs and budget.
- Design and sell personalized travel itineraries, promoting additional services and special packages to enhance the travel experience.
- Confidently present our offerings, handle objections, and showcase your expertise.
- Ensuring smooth after-sales service, handling changes, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Meeting or exceeding monthly sales and profitability goals.
Desired Candidate Profile
What We're Looking For:
- A minimum of 2 year of experience as a travel sales agent, preferably with business class clients.
- Expert knowledge of airline products and services, with the ability to craft personalized travel itineraries using GDS systems, Sabre.
- Advanced written and spoken English skills.
- Quick learning ability, strong negotiation skills, and a knack for building relationships.
- Highly organized, with the ability to schedule appointments and follow up with clients.
