Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Responsible for overseeing and managing the implementation of multiple acceptance initiatives related to Transit digitization, in collaboration with partner ecosystems including banks, government bodies and internal teams.
- Will be the primary point-of-contact for end-to-end coordination and execution of the Transit digitization program.
- The Program Manager is expected to demonstrate deep technical knowledge of MPGS merchant onboarding, preferably with experience in Transit systems.
- The position holder will advocate and communicate the solution to the relevant stakeholders and incorporate operational model changes if necessary.
- The Program Manager will work closely with the technical teams, advisors, and acquiring cross-functional teams to coordinate launch of Transit acceptance.
- Facilitates project coordination and plans execution according to set timelines in collaboration with external vendors. Formulate and implement transaction migration strategy to ensure optimal utilization of digital platforms
- Provide full project management documentation and tracking timelines and deliverables for digital projects
- Liaise with service delivery partners and vendors (i.e. in-house partners and other service partners and vendors - payment processors, other providers, etc.)
- Review KPI reports; define and implement actions in cooperation with service vendors to improve service levels to increase or maintain customer satisfaction and to minimize operational risk.
- Have regular reviews with the business team, update them about major operational incidents and the status of operational risks
- Have good business acumen to spot and communicate new opportunities based on customer needs and industry trends.
Knowledge and Experience
- Minimum bachelors degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in portfolio analysis, card product development and LCM
- Experience creating and managing card portfolio with proven results
- Demonstrates knowledge of issuing regulatory requirements
- Stakeholder management and influencing skills for problem solving
- Change Management and Project management methodologies
- Ability to communicate efficiently with both business and technical/operational units at various organizational levels
- Exceptional project management, budget management, negotiation, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Mandatory Skills
- Fluent in Arabic and English
