Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Enterprise Architecture & Roadmaps

  • Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture blueprint that aligns IT capabilities with business strategies.
  • Lead enterprise-wide assessments to identify gaps and modernization opportunities across infrastructure, applications, and processes.
  • Define target operating models and transformation roadmaps covering private, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments (GCP, OCI, Azure, AWS).
  • Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to support digital transformation and business resilience.

Infrastructure, Private Cloud & DR

  • Design enterprise-scale infrastructure solutions, ensuring performance, availability, and scalability.
  • Drive the integration of private cloud and hybrid cloud environments into enterprise architectures.
  • Define and implement BCDR strategies across enterprise systems.
  • Ensure resilience, compliance, and governance standards in infrastructure and DR planning.

Governance & Standards

  • Establish enterprise-wide standards, principles, and reference architectures for infrastructure, cloud, and DR.
  • Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Monitor and govern architecture practices across projects to ensure consistency and alignment.

Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with C-level executives and senior stakeholders to communicate technology strategies and transformation outcomes.
  • Provide strategic guidance to solution architects and delivery teams during transformation programs.
  • Facilitate workshops and architecture governance boards to align stakeholders on decisions and directions.

Technical Expertise:

Design and govern enterprise-wide transformation programs (multi-cloud migration + BCDR frameworks).

Knowledge of advanced DR solutions: Oracle Data Guard, SQL Always On, VMware SRM, Zerto, Rubrik, Commvault.

Strong governance frameworks: ISO 22301, ITIL 4, TOGAF, COBIT.

Multi-cloud orchestration and cost optimization (FinOps + DR cost control).

Integration of security, risk, compliance into enterprise DR/migration strategies

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master s preferred).
  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, IT transformation, infrastructure modernization, and DR strategy.
  • Strong background in private cloud, hybrid cloud, and integration with public cloud environments (GCP, OCI, Azure, AWS).
  • Proven experience in large-scale digital transformation programs and governance frameworks.
  • Expertise in architecture modeling (TOGAF, Zachman) and enterprise architecture tools.
  • Excellent knowledge of security, compliance, and BCDR strategies.
  • Certifications preferred: TOGAF 9/10, GCP Professional Cloud Architect, OCI Architect Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Solutions Architect Professional or similar .
