Roles & Responsibilities
The Transformation Advisor provides deep subject matter expertise and leads high-level solution design. This role is focused on guiding complex initiatives, developing frameworks, and mentoring senior stakeholders to achieve measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Design strategic roadmaps and implementation plans across multiple domains.
- Act as a thought leader and trusted advisor to senior leadership.
- Recommend operational improvements and optimize service delivery models.
- Provide guidance on complex regulatory or technical issues.
- Support cross-functional teams in executing transformation initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 15 years of experience, with specialization in 2-3 domain areas such as Strategy Development & Execution, Pensions, Investments, Customer Experience, Collections, Fraud, Medical, Technology
- Strong experience influencing executive stakeholders and boards.
- Expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-wide programs.
- Ability to bridge strategy and operational execution.
