Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Training Specialist to join our team! In this role you will will be responsible for training and enhancing the competencies of our employees. You will be planning and implementing training programs and workshops in a way that is interesting and useful to our employees. .

What You'll Be Doing:

  • p>Identify training needs according to needs/p>
  • p>Based on research, plan and implement training programs that will prepare employees for the next step of their career paths/p>
  • p>Build quarterly and annual training program /p>
  • p>Present all the technical and supply training requirements/p>
  • p>Prepare budget for training programs and workshops/p>
  • p>Encourage employees for training/p>
  • p>Oversee employee attendance and performance/p>
  • p>Track employee success and progress/p>
  • p>Manage the production of program marketing material in collaboration with the marketing team/p>
  • p>Communicate all the training programs on a timely basis/p>
  • p>Have a program announcement marketing strategy/p>
  • p>Prepare and deliver training courses/p>
  • p>Bring guest presenters if necessary/p>
  • p>Implement training KPIs/p>
  • p>Prepare and present reports on training program KIPs/p>

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • p>13+ years of experience as a Training Specialist or similar role/p>
  • p>Experience with designing training programs and workshops/p>
  • p>Proficiency in MS Office and database software./p>
  • p>Knowledge of various training and teaching methods/p>
  • p>Critical thinker and problem-solving skills/p>
  • p>Good communication, interpersonal & time-management skills/p>
  • p>Fluent in both Arabic and English Languages/p>

Desired Candidate Profile

13+ years of experience as a Training Specialist or similar role

  • Experience with designing training programs and workshops
  • Ability to lead a full training cycle is preferred.
  • Experience with learning management software is preferred.
