Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Trainer & Supplier Management:

· Manage the full onboarding process for trainers and suppliers, including collection of CVs and required documentation and certification, signed agreements and coordinate with procurement and relevant parties.

· Maintain an up-to-date trainer and supplier database with qualifications, regions, fee history, and evaluation data.

· Issue official trainer assignments and service orders and ensure compliance with contractual terms and TUV SUD Compliance requirements.

· Handle invoicing, verifying assignment records and timelines, and coordinating with finance for timely processing.

Trainer Development & Diversity:

· Build and maintain a diverse and qualified pool of trainers across the Middle East to support regional delivery needs.

· Identify and develop new trainers in response to expanding course portfolios and market requirements.

· Promote inclusion, language variety, and gender and nationality balance across the trainer network.

Trainer Quality & Evaluation:

· Monitor trainer performance through evaluation records, ensuring average feedback ratings of ≥ 4 out of 5.

· Address quality issues promptly through corrective action, retraining, or reassignment.

· Support trainers with feedback and development to maintain high standards of delivery.

Course and Content Alignment:

· Review and validate training outlines, CVs, and content for all standard and new courses in line with TÜV SÜD guidelines.

· Ensure that each trainer is appropriately matched to course topics based on expertise and past performance.

· Guarantee training materials meet content, format, and branding standards and are properly archived.

Desired Candidate Profile

· Define trainer prequalification criteria per topic and enforce compliance before assignments.

· Assign the most suitable trainer using a documented and fair evaluation process.

· Track trainer approvals for each topic and maintain accessible records of eligible trainers.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

· Respond promptly to inquiries from the sales team, including trainer availability, outlines, fees, and trainer profiles.

· Support operations in event preparation, ensuring all trainers are fully briefed and confirmed.

· Act as a central contact point for trainers, handling communications professionally.

Trainer Experience & Satisfaction:

· Ensure smooth onboarding and collaboration process for all trainers and suppliers.

· Regularly monitor and enhance trainer satisfaction, addressing concerns related to assignment, communication, or administration.

· Collect trainer feedback to improve internal processes and foster long-term relationships.

Cost Control & Fee Negotiation:

· Negotiate and reduce trainer fees where applicable to align with budget constraints and commercial targets.

· Track and benchmark trainer rates to ensure cost-effectiveness and market competitiveness.

· Achieve savings compared to initial trainer cost estimates without compromising delivery quality.
