Training Lead - Sales & Customer service

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced trainer with 5–10 years of experience in car rentals, automotive, or customer-facing industries. The role requires the ability to design effective training content and deliver impactful sessions to enhance product knowledge, strengthen sales skills, and prepare teams for success in both in-person and phone interactions. A key part of the role will involve traveling to outlets and kiosks across the UAE to assess performance and provide tailored training.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs to enhance sales and customer service performance.
• Develop and update training materials (manuals, role-plays, e-learning modules, quick-reference guides).
• Coach staff on customer engagement, up selling, cross-selling, objection handling, multilingual interactions, and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with managers and QA teams to analyze performance data and refine training solutions.
• Train staff on rental software and CRM systems to improve operational efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and vehicle technologies.
• Ensure training reflects company policies, UAE regulations, and safety standards.
• Travel across the UAE (10–15% of the time) for on-site coaching and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of training experience, preferably in car rental, automotive, or customer-facing industries.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to create training content from scratch.
• Analytical mindset to interpret performance data and drive results.
• Willingness to travel across the UAE (15–25%).
• Familiarity with rental software, CRM, or LMS is an advantage.
• Fluency in English; Arabic, Hindi, or other languages are a plus.
