Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo for a Training Team Lead. The Training Team Lead will be responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating training programs. Key tasks include supervising training staff, creating training materials, conducting needs assessments, and measuring the effectiveness of training programs. Additionally, this role involves analyzing training data to continuously improve programs and ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders.
