Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Function :

Responsible for managing the employee performance appraisal cycle, analyzing periodic performance evaluation results, and ensuring compliance with the policies and procedures related to the performance management system.Additionally, responsible for preparing and submitting performance evaluation reports. The role also involves analyzing and identifying training needs for staff at the Hilal organization, developing annual training plans, implementing training programs, and evaluating their effectiveness.

Job Requirements :

University degree in a field relevant to the job.

Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in human resources, training, or development.

Professional certification or training in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR, CIPD) or equivalent.

Excellent understanding of best practices in employee training and performance evaluation.

Knowledge of global performance appraisal systems and familiarity with training needs analysis methodologies and the development of training and development plans.
