Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain structured training materials for the company's services and operational standards.
  • Review existing training programs and recommend enhancements to improve engagement and learning.
  • Conduct and facilitate training sessions (both technical and non-technical) for new and current employees.
  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure training content is accurate and meets organizational needs.
  • Identify training opportunities related to business requirements or industry developments.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness, collect feedback, and implement improvements.
  • Prepare and implement the training budget.
  • Stay updated with new training methods and technologies

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Communications, or a related field.

Skills:

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
  • Strong content delivery and facilitation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High-level English proficiency (C1 or above).
  • Basic technical knowledge of computer science and IT concepts.

Preferred: A professional certification in Training or Learning & Development is preferred.
