Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with department managers and leaders to identify training needs and gaps within the organization
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs and initiatives to address identified needs
  • Design, develop, and update training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources
  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring optimal attendance and participation
  • Assist in the selection and evaluation of external trainers or training providers, as needed
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using various metrics and feedback mechanisms
  • Track and maintain training records, including attendance, evaluations, and certifications
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development
  • Coordinate and implement the training program for persons with disabilities and/ or financial challenges
  • Screen and interview potential candidates for the training program
  • Coordinate with expert trainers in each field before providing the sessions

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Learning and Development, Social work, or any relevant field
  • Proven experience of minimum 3 years in coordinating and delivering training programs
  • Experience in working with persons with disabilities or people with financial challenges is a plus
  • Experience in NGOs is a plus
  • Good in written and spoken English and Arabic
