Roles & Responsibilities

Role Summary

You execute training programs to standard, manage communications and scheduling, and record accurate data for reporting. You keep materials and logs updated and support a smooth learning experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver scheduled training sessions (virtual and in person as required).
  • Communicate with captains/participants; manage invites and attendance.
  • Record assessments and outcomes; prepare training summaries and reports.
  • Maintain training logs and update content repositories/LMS.
  • Collect feedback and support continuous improvement.
