Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Job Description:
    Execute and implement the training plan as developed by the training manager.
  2. Communicate and follow up with the training rooms providers.
  3. Communicate and follow up with the instructors on the training activities Schedule, training topics Venue, material needed and evaluation, etc.
  4. Communicate and follow up with the attendees and prepare the regular reports Attendees details, attendance reports, satisfaction, etc.
  5. Handle attendees issues.
  6. Ensure that the training Venue is suitable for the training Network, PC Readiness, Coffee breaks, etc.
  7. Act as the first point of escalation for the trainees.
  8. Manage all Attendees requests and affairs through LMS.

Requirements:
