Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Job Description:
Execute and implement the training plan as developed by the training manager. - Communicate and follow up with the training rooms providers.
- Communicate and follow up with the instructors on the training activities Schedule, training topics Venue, material needed and evaluation, etc.
- Communicate and follow up with the attendees and prepare the regular reports Attendees details, attendance reports, satisfaction, etc.
- Handle attendees issues.
- Ensure that the training Venue is suitable for the training Network, PC Readiness, Coffee breaks, etc.
- Act as the first point of escalation for the trainees.
- Manage all Attendees requests and affairs through LMS.

- Update customer Database
- Support OD Practitioners reputation in the market.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
- Ability to move to different locations upon needed.
- Very Good in English Language
