Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Support in identifying training needs and scheduling appropriate training sessions for employees.
Liaise with and provide support to participants, managers, and trainers to ensure the effective implementation of Learning and Development (L&D) programmes and to facilitate participant attendance.
Collate and analyse evaluation data from L&D programmes to drive continuous improvement in content, delivery methods, and learning outcomes for both internal and external courses.
Develop and facilitate employee induction and onboarding programmes to ensure that all new joiners across the company receive consistent, high-quality information and support at the start of their employment.
Provide additional support, including project-related tasks, as required and directed by the Line Manager or Chief People Officer.
Maintain accurate attendance records and other relevant documentation.
Manage associated administrative tasks efficiently.
Demonstrate flexibility in adapting to training requirements, including occasional weekend work and travel for training purposes.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Bachelor s degree in Business Management, Business Administration with HR pathway - preferred.
2. Certified Professional in Training Development (CPTD) - preferred.
3. Level 3 CIPD or SHRM-CP - preferred.
4. 1-3 years of experience in HR, and Learning and Development.
5. Experience in Banking or Financial sector is a definite advantage.
6. Must have proven ability to build and implement innovative approaches to HR and L&D.
7. Excellent communication in Arabic and English Languages.
