Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Training Design & Delivery:

  • Plan and deliver training programs on custom enterprise software, covering user journeys, workflows, and system functionality.
  • Conduct sessions for different audiences including end users, business analysts, administrators, and technical teams.
  • Deliver both in-person and virtual training sessions using various instructional techniques and digital tools.
  • Customize training materials to reflect client-specific configurations and business processes.

Curriculum & Material Development:

  • Develop comprehensive training content, including user manuals, quick reference guides, video tutorials, and e-learning modules.
  • Collaborate closely with software development and business analysis teams to stay updated on new releases, features, and process changes.
  • Translate complex technical features into clear, user-friendly training content.

Implementation Support & Change Management:

  • Support onboarding of new users through structured learning paths and certification checklists.
  • Use digital adoption or learning-management systems to track participation and completion.
  • Participate in Agile sprint reviews or release demos to prepare timely training updates.
  • Participate in software rollout projects to support smooth user adoption and minimize operational disruption.
  • Provide pre-launch training, go-live support, and post-implementation refresh sessions.
  • Collect and analyze user feedback to enhance future training and product usability.
  • Support change management initiatives by promoting user engagement and digital adoption.

Quality Assurance & Performance Tracking:

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback sessions and define measurable KPIs
  • Maintain training records and reports for internal tracking and audit purposes.
  • Continuously update training materials based on system enhancements and user feedback.

Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Mentor and support junior trainers or training coordinators.
  • Work cross-functionally with project managers, product owners, and IT support teams to align training with business needs.
  • Participate in internal meetings to ensure that training strategies align with project timelines and organizational objectives.
  • Provide input to product-design discussions to enhance usability from a training perspective

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Education, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in software training, with at least 2 years focused on custom enterprise applications.

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify technical information.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, e-learning authoring tools, and collaboration platforms (e.g., MS Teams, Zoom).

Ability to manage multiple training projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Familiarity with change-management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci) or Agile environments preferred.
