Roles & Responsibilities

Hiring: Real Estate Trainer – Off Plan Projects A leading Real Estate company in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Professional Trainer to join our team and deliver high-quality training programs focused on Off Plan projects. Responsibilities: Design and deliver training sessions for sales and listing agents. Enhance negotiation and closing skills of the team. Share up-to-date strategies for marketing and selling Off Plan projects. Prepare evaluation reports and suggest continuous improvement plans. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in real estate training or sales. Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s real estate market, especially Off Plan. Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus). Ability to create engaging training materials. � Location: Abu Dhabi
