Job Description

As a Trainer Associate, you will play a vital role in facilitating the development of employees by assisting in the design, implementation, and evaluation of training programs. You will work closely with senior trainers and management to identify training needs and help create effective training solutions. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for fostering learning and development within a dynamic business environment. The successful candidate will display a keen attention to detail, possess strong organizational skills, and have the ability to adapt training methods to suit various learning styles and audiences. Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and delivery of comprehensive training programs.
  • Evaluate and tailor training materials to suit different learning needs and styles.
  • Collaborate with senior trainers to identify and analyze training requirements.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops for employees at various levels.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare and update training documentation, manuals, and handbooks regularly.
  • Provide support and guidance to employees during training sessions.
  • Liaise with department heads to gather feedback on training needs and outcomes.
  • Utilize technology and e-learning platforms to enhance training delivery.
  • Organize and maintain a comprehensive library of training resources.
  • Support senior trainers in reporting training metrics and progress to management.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of learning and development processes.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or related field.
  • Prior experience in a training, teaching, or coaching role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and e-learning platforms.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Familiarity with instructional design and adult learning principles is advantageous.
