About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Junior Trader to join our dynamic Treasury & Trading team. This entry-level position is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with limited professional experience who are passionate about financial markets and eager to develop a career in trading.


The Junior Trader will assist senior traders in executing client orders, monitoring market movements, and supporting day-to-day trading activities while receiving on-the-job training and exposure to local and international markets.


Key Responsibilities


Support senior traders in handling client trading requests across various products (stocks, bonds, FX, derivatives, funds, and other traded securities).


Monitor market prices and prepare daily updates/reports for clients and internal teams.


Assist in executing client orders through different channels under the supervision of senior traders.


Provide middle and back office with trade-related information and documentation.


Track client positions, margin requirements, and risk exposures while escalating any discrepancies.


Conduct basic market research, data gathering, and analysis to support trading strategies.


Maintain regular communication with clients regarding market news and developments.


Qualifications & Skills


Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Banking, Accounting, or a related field.


Experience


Up to 1 2 years of experience in financial markets, internships, or exposure to brokerage/trading is a plus.


Fresh graduates with strong academic background and market enthusiasm are encouraged to apply.
