We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Trade Manager to support our export operations and international sales growth. This role involves market research, export strategy development, logistics coordination, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth export operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Export Strategy & Market Development:

• Conduct market research to identify target international markets.

• Analyze demand, pricing, and competition across global regions.

• Support the development and execution of export strategies.

International Sales Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and distributors.

• Manage consignments to ensure timely delivery of goods.

Compliance & Documentation:

• Ensure compliance with export-import regulations, including customs, trade licenses, and related requirements.

• Prepare, review, and maintain export documentation (invoices, packing lists, Bill of Lading, certificates of origin).

• Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting international trade.

Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination:

• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and logistic providers.

• Identify methods for cost efficiency and optimized shipping routes.

Team Collaboration & Reporting:

• Work closely with Production, Inventory, and Finance teams to ensure timely dispatch and billing of goods.

• Supervise coordinators and support staff as needed.

• Report export performance metrics to senior management.
