Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the TPA (Third Party Administrator) sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets within the healthcare sector.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote TPA services to corporate and individual clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients, brokers, and partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Train, mentor, and motivate sales team members to enhance their performance and professional growth.
- Participate in contract negotiations and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Resolve client issues and inquiries promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor of Pharmacy.
- Minimum of 4 years and maximum of 6 years of experience in sales, within the insurance sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing sales teams.
- Strong understanding of TPA services, healthcare insurance products, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
- Experience in client relationship management and business development.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work effectively in an office-based environment.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
