Manage camp operations
Oversees tower crane operations on construction sites, ensuring safe and efficient erection, operation, and dismantling of cranes. Coordinates with site engineers, crane operators, and signalers to manage lifts, maintain safety standards, and ensure smooth material handling throughout the project
