Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Tour Operator, you will be responsible for coordinating and organizing tours for customers, ensuring they have an enjoyable and memorable travel experience.

You will handle various aspects of tour operations, from designing itineraries and managing bookings to overseeing logistics and providing exceptional customer service.

Your role is essential in ensuring the smooth execution of travel packages and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Tour Planning and Itinerary Development

  • Design and develop customized tour packages for Inbound tourism, including excursions, accommodations, transport, and activities.
  • Ensure tours meet client needs and interests while staying within budget and operational constraints.

Booking and Coordination

  • Handle bookings for tours, transportation, accommodations, and activities in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Confirm reservations, manage cancellations, and handle payment processes.
  • Coordinate with hotels, transport services, tour guides, and other service providers to ensure smooth operations.

Budget Management and Reporting

  • Help manage the budget for each tour, ensuring profitability while maintaining high service standards.
  • Monitor tour costs, expenses, and overall financial performance.
  • Provide feedback and reports to management on tour performance and customer satisfaction.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree

Experience:

  • Proven experience in tour operations or the travel and hospitality industry (1-3 years).
  • Strong knowledge of popular travel destinations, cultural norms, and tourism services.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to handle customer issues and requests effectively.
  • Knowledge of budgeting and financial management for tours.

Languages:

  • Fluency in Language English (Second Language Is Preferred -French, Spanish or Italian).
  • Competitive salary based on experience. Plus comm.
