Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
ROLE SUMMARY
- Conduct job evaluation and job mapping activities by applying the methodologies of Korn Ferry.
- Manage the C&B cycles using the C&B module when it comes to annual cycles (Merit increase and Bonus).
- Work closely with TR Tower lead in conducting training sessions for HCBP to ensure increasing the awareness of the compensation programs in MAF.
- Analyzes different components of the remuneration scheme in the organization and prepares reports about the internal equity.
- Run compensation and benefits reports and analysis to ensure cost-effectiveness and market competitiveness.
- Provide support for salary benchmark projects as required by Total Rewards COE.
- Apply knowledge of labor laws and regulations of Majid Al Futtaim countries of operation to ensure compliance.
- Oversee team members by managing their daily tasks, mentoring, empowering, coaching and motivating them to achieve organizational goals.
REQUIREMENTS
- 7+ years of experience in Total Rewards / TR Operations.
- Strong stakeholder management and process execution.
- SAP knowledge .
- Strong and proven analytical and research skills.
- Experience of Korn Ferry Job Evaluation Methodology.
- Experience using C&B systems, SuccessFactors exposure advantageous.
