Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Create nurturing, play-based, and engaging learning experiences for toddlers
Support early developmental milestones through developmentally appropriate practice
Foster emotional intelligence, independence, communication skills, and social interaction
Collaborate with the Early Years team to implement MLS’s mission and learning philosophy
Maintain a safe, stimulating, and organized classroom environment
Communicate effectively with families and colleagues
 
Qualifications & Requirements
We are looking for an educator who meets the following criteria:

Bilingual fluency in English and Arabic, including the Saudi dialect
Valid Iqama or Civil ID
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably with toddlers or early years
Demonstrated passion for early childhood development and compassionate teaching
Ability to work collaboratively within a school family environment
Commitment to nurturing innovation, creativity, and emotional intelligence in children
