Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Compare prices with suppliers to ensure the best value for clients.
Provide support to the Travel Bureau (TB) team with ticketing requests and inquiries.
Ensure smooth communication and coordination to fulfill ticketing needs.
Check ticket availability and pricing for TB Cameroon, and issue tickets as required.
Reissue tickets and compare prices with suppliers to secure the best deals.
Monitor and manage ticketing queues to ensure timely processing.
Resolve any delays or bottlenecks in the ticketing process.
Handle (Airline Booking) and (Online Money Transfer) requests efficiently.
Ensure all related tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Standard Responsibilities (Profession Wide)
Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing ticketing-related concerns promptly.
Job Requirements, Qualifications and Skills
Experience in ticketing or travel consulting
Knowledge of ticketing systems and the travel industry
Bachelor s degree in tourism, hospitality, or related field
Travel industry certifications (e.g., IATA) a plus
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proficient in ticketing software and Microsoft Office
