Roles & Responsibilities
About the Role
We are looking for a Ticketing Manager to manage and optimize ticketing applications and integrations that drive revenue and enhance guest experiences across Miral Experiences. This role ensures smooth operations, provides functional guidance, and acts as the key liaison between business teams and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage core ticketing applications: VivaTicket (BOS), Tunn3l, Gantner Locker System, and Face-pass Middleware.
- Configure tickets and offers daily based on business requirements.
- Provide first and second-level support and coordinate third-level support with vendors.
- Review user access and maintain compliance with audit standards.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
- Assist in planning and deploying new product releases and features.
- Analyze business processes and recommend technology solutions.
- Escalate infrastructure or database issues to technical teams and senior management.
- Identify and mitigate technology risks, including security concerns.
- Maintain SOPs and knowledge base for ticketing systems.
- Collaborate with compliance, finance, and operations teams for new product implementations.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
- Degree in a technical or business-related field.
- MS SQL certification.
- 5+ years managing ticketing applications.
- Strong troubleshooting, vendor management, and customer service skills.
Desirable:
- ITIL Foundation or PMP certification.
- Experience in leisure or entertainment industry.
- Knowledge of APIs and risk management.
Skills Required
- SQL and API integration expertise.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage incidents, service requests, and change processes.
