Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed 3D models and visualizations for kitchen and dressing room projects, ensuring accuracy and creativity in every design.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and project managers to translate conceptual ideas into compelling 3D renderings.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations and walkthroughs for client meetings, showcasing design concepts and proposed solutions.
  • Revise and update 3D models based on client feedback and project requirements, maintaining a flexible and responsive approach.
  • Ensure all 3D assets adhere to company standards and project specifications for consistency and quality.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to integrate 3D designs into broader project plans and timelines.
  • Stay current with industry trends, software advancements, and best practices in 3D design and visualization.
  • Assist in the creation of technical drawings and documentation to support project execution.
  • Manage project files, assets, and version control to ensure efficient workflow and data integrity.
  • Support the marketing team with 3D visuals for promotional materials and digital content.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 0-3 years of experience in 3D design, visualization, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of rendering engines like V-Ray, Corona, or Lumion.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and composition.
  • Ability to interpret and translate 2D drawings and concepts into 3D models.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in an office environment.
  • Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and design trends.
  • Portfolio demonstrating relevant 3D design work, preferably in kitchens, dressing rooms, or interior spaces.
