Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure coverage of all routes daily, running emergency routes when needed.
- Train and motivate new employees.
- Coordinate vacation and sick days for all salesmen / merchandisers within the territory.
- Deal with miscellaneous activity to ensure TDS / TDM has time to coach and train the team as well as visit the market.
- Ensure selling tools and point of purchase materials are available with all Salesmen / merchandisers.
- Coordinate with warehouse and ensure all products are available to sell and ready to load in Vans by 7:30 AM every day.
- Ensure all Salesman / merchandisers completes all administrative duties as per established guidelines such as settlement, invoices, van maintenance etc.
- Provide routing and file maintenance support.
- Coordinate special events and deliver freezer / product as and when requested.
- Identifying recurring problems for continuous process improvement
- Actively participate in problem-solving.
- Ensure collection of all Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) as per company’s direction
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent command in English and Arabic
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business Administration / Management
- Experience: Fresh Graduate or 1 – 2 year’s experience
- Office Equipment & computer applications (Power Point, Excel, Windows)
- Strong administration and communication skills
