1-Gather and review technical specifications, drawings, and other tender documents for construction or engineering projects.
2-Analyze the scope of work, technical requirements, and constraints to understand the project.
3-Prepare cost estimates and budgets for the proposed work.
4-Assist in the preparation of tender submissions, including technical proposals, commercial bids, and supporting documentation.
4- Prepare and issue purchase orders, work orders, and other procurement-related documentation.
5-Coordinate the procurement of materials, equipment, and services required for engineering projects.
6-Ensure timely delivery of procurement items to meet project schedules and milestonesbr>7-Collaborate with project managers, designers, and end-users to understand the procurement requirements for engineering projects.
9-Develop and maintain procurement strategies and plans to support project timelines and objectives.
10-Identify potential suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors based on technical capabilities, commercial terms, and past performance.
