Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Review and analyze tender documents, specifications, drawings, and BOQs to fully understand project requirements.
- Prepare and submit accurate technical and commercial offers within deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with client specifications, international standards, and factory capabilities.
- Coordinate with engineering and production teams to validate designs and feasibility.
- Conduct risk assessments and highlight technical or commercial deviations in tenders.
- Support the sales team in negotiations and clarification meetings with clients.
- Maintain an organized database of tender submissions, awarded contracts, and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Monitor market trends, competitors activities, and pricing strategies to enhance competitiveness.
- Continuously follow up on amendments and updates of approved technical specifications, while modifying database.
- Track and manage tender timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and negotiations as required.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 1 3 years of experience in tendering, estimation, or sales engineering within the electrical industry.
- Solid knowledge of medium and low voltage electrical equipment and standards (IEC/IEEE).
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle is a plus).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Fluency in [English/Arabic Other relevant language].
- Fixable to work at 10th of Ramadan site.
