Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and analyze tender documents and requirements from clients.
• Coordinate the end-to-end tender process including pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs), requests for proposal (RFPs), and invitation to tender (ITT).
• Prepare, compile, edit, and proofread bid documents and submissions to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Liaise with subject matter experts to collect technical, commercial, and legal input.
• Ensure all technical submittals as per RFPs are met at the highest quality.
• Track tender deadlines and ensure all submissions are made on time.
• Maintain a database of past tenders, templates, and supporting documents.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with the tender process.
• Conduct post-tender reviews and feedback analysis to improve future submissions.
Desired Candidate Profile
A Degree / HND in QS or engineering.
• Proven experience (2–5 years) in a tendering, bid coordination, or proposal management role.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in ERP and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with tendering portals and procurement systems (e.g., Ariba, Proactis, etc.) is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
