Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

What you’ll be doing: - Welcoming customers and creating a warm, friendly atmosphere at the booth - Presenting the jewelry, explaining collections, materials, and care - Helping customers style pieces, choose gifts, and complete their purchases - Handling basic checkout / POS and packaging orders with care - Keeping the display tidy, restocking pieces, and helping with simple inventory tasks - Assisting with small content moments (e. g. , quick videos/photos for stories, if comfortable) - Supporting with any on-going tasks related to the pop-up

Desired Candidate Profile

What we’re looking for: - Fluent English (spoken); Arabic is a plus but not required - Previous experience in retail, hospitality, fashion, or lifestyle brands is beneficial - A genuine interest in jewelry, style, and lifestyle brands - Warm, approachable, and confident in speaking with customers - Responsible, punctual, and able to handle busy moments calmly - Comfortable working on your feet and helping with light physical tasks (e. g. , restocking)
