Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Telesales Specialist to join our sales team. As a Telesales Specialist, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via telephone to promote and sell our products or services. Our ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who is persuasive, driven, and resilient. You must be able to effectively articulate the benefits of our offerings to potential clients and overcome any objections they may have. The Telesales Specialist will play a vital role in achieving our sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction. You should be able to work independently with minimal supervision while also contributing positively to the team. If you are passionate about sales and have a knack for closing deals, we would love to have you on our team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services.
- Identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions to meet requirements.
- Persuasively present and explain product features and benefits to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or objections effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities.
- Work towards and achieve assigned sales targets consistently.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and strategies.
- Continuously update knowledge of industry trends and market conditions.
- Conduct follow-up calls and emails to close sales and build relationships.
- Provide constructive feedback to management for improving sales strategies.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent after-sales support.
Requirements
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Strong persuasive skills with the ability to effectively close deals.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently under minimal supervision.
- Proficient in using CRM software and telecommunications technologies.
- High resilience and ability to handle rejection professionally.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively.
