Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Engage potential customers through outbound calls, presenting product benefits tailored to their unique needs, and creating a compelling case for purchase.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and ensure timely follow-ups, optimizing sales opportunities at every stage.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new prospects and understand industry trends, enabling informed conversations that resonate with potential clients.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of product features and industry standards, allowing you to confidently address customer inquiries and objections.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred, demonstrating foundational knowledge in sales principles.
- 1-3 years of relevant telesales or telemarketing experience, showcasing a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite, ensuring efficient management of customer data and sales activities.
- Fluent in English with additional language proficiency considered an asset, facilitating communication with a diverse customer base.
