Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote automotive spare parts and services.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products from a diverse range of Japanese, Chinese, Korean, European, and American automotive spare parts.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs as set by the sales management team.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
  • Handle customer inquiries, provide detailed product information, and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively position ElEzaby Automotive s products.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences, market trends, and potential areas for improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Up to 1 year of experience in telesales, customer service, or a related sales role.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
