Summary
Selling tailored products and services via outbound calls with targeting special list of customers upon marketing criteria.
Key Responsibilities
• Prospecting and generating leads to expand the customer base.
• Achieving or surpassing sales targets and objectives.
• Collaborating with various departments to gather essential customer information for targeted marketing.
• Formulating and presenting tailored service or product bundles to customers.
• Assisting in the determination of pricing structures for quotes, promotions, and negotiation purposes.
• Compiling and delivering weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Conducting persuasive sales presentations to potential clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Coordinating sales initiatives with marketing programs to maximize effectiveness.
• Demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of company programs and advocating for their benefits.
• Managing and securing deposits and final payments from clients.
• Conducting outbound calls to assess customer needs and promote products and services.
• Maintaining meticulous records of client interactions and transactions.
• Addressing client inquiries regarding credit terms, products, pricing, and availability in a professional manner.
