Roles & Responsibilities


Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to promote school programs.

  • Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.

  • Explain program details, address questions, and guide prospects through the admissions process.

  • Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets.

  • Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams to align on campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Confident, energetic, and target-driven personality

  • Basic computer skills

  • Passion for helping students and families make informed choices

Requirements
  • Bachelor Degrees in Bussiness Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • 0-2 years experience in sales
