Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the product in details

Answer questions about products or the company

Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales

Take and process orders in an accurate manner

Handle grievances to preserve the company s reputation

Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Complete the Customer Satisfaction Form daily for at least 10 clients (pharmacies) to ensure consistent feedback and performance tracking

Monitor pending orders with the warehouse, identifying and reporting the reasons for any delays

Report to the Executive Manager and Quality Assurance regarding the reasons for any delays in order fulfillment, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Follow up on delivery dates for pending orders, ensuring timely scheduling and coordination with the relevant departments.

Working schedule from 9 till 5 - Monday to Friday

Desired Candidate Profile

A bachelor s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field

Effective communication skills in Arabic, English or French

Knowledge of computer applications (MS Office, Power point )
