Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, effectively pitching products and services tailored to their needs, ensuring a personalized customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of conversations and transactions in the CRM system to track progress and follow up on leads efficiently.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by utilizing persuasive communication techniques and strategic questioning to close deals.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities to position the company effectively.
  • Qualify leads through targeted questioning, identifying customer pain points and suggesting appropriate solutions that enhance sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional post-sale support to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, showcasing a solid foundation in sales principles.
  • Certifications in sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales) are a plus, indicating a commitment to professional development.
  • Experience in the technology or software industry is highly desirable, reflecting familiarity with complex products and solutions.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, with additional language proficiency (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin) being an advantageous asset for market expansion.
  • Strong technical skills in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite to streamline sales processes and enhance productivity.
