Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Tele Sales Executive to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and maintaining strong relationships through effective telephone communication. This role is critical in helping drive sales and achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential buyers and investors from provided databases.
Onboard Clients, Buyers, Owners and Properties for the group of companies.
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable real estate properties.
Explain property features, pricing, payment plans, and benefits.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with field sales agents.
Follow up on leads via calls, emails, and messages to ensure timely conversions.
Maintain and update CRM/database with accurate client information.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns professionally.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align outreach efforts.
Requirements:
Proven experience in tele sales, preferably in real estate or a similar industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Fluency in English (French, Arabic, Italian will be added advantage)
