Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing team. As a Telesales Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by engaging with prospective clients over the phone, understanding their needs, and presenting our products and services. You will work in a fast-paced environment, aiming to achieve and exceed sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a proactive approach to identify and seize sales opportunities. Responsibilities
  • Contact potential and existing customers to inform them about our products and services.
  • Answer questions about products, pricing, and other aspects of our offerings.
  • Engage in effective communication to ensure customer satisfaction and Loyalty.
  • Use scripts to provide information and guide customer conversations effectively.
  • Manage and update customer databases with current information and feedback.
  • Achieve sales targets and outcomes within the specified time frame.
  • Handle customer objections and resolve any issues or complaints smoothly.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage and track customer interactions efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on improving sales figures.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, new releases, and market trends.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales progress reports to management.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve sales techniques and overall performance.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or a similar sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction.
  • Strong ability to persuade, negotiate, and close sales with potential customers.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales-related computer programs is preferred.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle rejection and difficult situations with a positive attitude.
  • A high school diploma; Bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus.
