Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and promotions clearly.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.
Follow up on leads, quotations, and pending inquiries.
Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Handle customer objections and convert inquiries into sales.
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends.
Should be confident and presentable on cameras for promotional videos.
Desired Candidate Profile
Fluency in Malayalam is mandatory as the role involves regular communication with Malayalam-speaking customers.
Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for sales success.
Holds relevant certifications in sales or customer service, showcasing a commitment to professional development and industry knowledge.
Demonstrates strong experience in telesales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Prior experience in the cosmetic industry is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with relevant products, services, and market dynamics.
